Your home exercise program

Your provider has set up exercises just for you, right in the app. Here’s how to find them, follow the ones for where you are in recovery, and let your care team know you did them.

Doing your exercises at home is one of the biggest parts of a good recovery. BoneArc keeps them in one place and shows you the right ones for this stage of your healing — so you always know what to work on today.

FIRST

Your exercises come from your own provider — they’re matched to your surgery or condition. If a step below doesn’t look right for you, follow what your surgeon or therapist told you in person, and ask them if you’re unsure.

Find your exercises
1

On your home screen, tap Physical Therapy. This opens your therapy plan.

2

Scroll to This Phase’s Exercises. The app shows the list that matches where you are in recovery — and it says so: “your list updates as you progress.”

3

Above the exercises you’ll see your therapy phases. Tap any phase heading to open it and read the details. The phase you’re in right now is marked CURRENT and opens automatically.

Do them — and log them
4

Work through the listed exercises at home the way your provider directed. Move at a comfortable pace. A little effort is normal; a sharp or worsening pain is a signal to stop and check with your care team.

5

When you’re done, go back to your home screen and tap I did my exercises today in your Daily Check-In. That’s how your care team knows you completed them.

Your list changes as you heal

You don’t have to figure out which exercises belong to which week. BoneArc matches the list to the day of your recovery and moves you forward as you progress, so what you see is what’s appropriate now.

If your plan hasn’t been set up yet, you may see a note that says “No therapy protocols assigned yet — your provider will add personalized therapy phases to your plan.” That’s normal early on; it fills in once your provider assigns your program.

Good to know

Questions about an exercise?

Tap Meet Your Provider from your therapy plan, or open My Care Team from the home screen, to see who’s guiding your care and how to reach them.

Listen to your body

The app supports your recovery, but it doesn’t replace your provider’s advice. If an exercise causes sharp pain, swelling, or anything that worries you, pause and contact your care team.

Little and often wins. Doing your assigned exercises and marking them each day keeps you moving forward — and gives your care team a clear view of how your recovery is coming along.
