Supine Passive Shoulder Flexion
Also called Supine PROM flexion, PROM flexion.
How to do it
Lie face-up and keep the involved arm relaxed. A clinician or trained caregiver supports the wrist and upper arm and slowly raises the arm forward to the prescribed limit, then lowers it with full support.
