Prolonged Knee Flexion Stretch
How to do it
Stand beside a chair with one leg bent and grounded for balance. Loop a strap around your other ankle, bend that knee, and pull the strap over your shoulder to hold your heel toward your buttock, staying in the position. Release slowly.
