Half-Kneeling Hip Extension Stretch
Also called Hip Extension Stretch.
How to do it
From half-kneeling, gently tuck the pelvis and shift the body forward as one unit. Keep the trunk tall and stop when a stretch is felt at the front of the rear hip.
