Half-Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch with Side Bend
How to do it
Kneel on one knee with your other foot planted in front. Tuck your hips forward and reach the arm on your kneeling side overhead, bending your trunk away, until you feel a stretch through the front and side of your hip.
