Wrist Stabilization with Hammer
Also called Wrist Stabilization, Wrist Stabilization (light).
How to do it
Support the forearm with the hand beyond the pad and hold a lightweight hammer upright. Keep the forearm still as the wrist controls a small tilt toward the thumb side, then return to neutral.
