Copenhagen Adduction — Long Lever
Also called Copenhagen Adduction (long lever).
How to do it
Support the top ankle on a bench and the upper body on the forearm. Lift the hips into a straight side-plank line and raise the lower leg toward the bench without rotating the trunk.
