The RTM Billing dashboard has four tabs: Overview, Patient Status, Code Reference, and Certify Billing. The monthly flow moves through Overview and Patient Status to review, then certifies and downloads from the same screen.
Your panel summary and the Billing Export panel — plus the Compliance Report Archive strip of past reports.

Review. On Overview and Patient Status, check each patient’s Days, Min (total management time), and whether a call is logged and attested. Fix anything short before you certify.
Certify. In the Billing Export panel on Overview, click Certified Export. BoneArc first runs a reconciliation against its own server-derived numbers — if anything diverges it stops you before a single record is written. When it’s clean, the Attest Before Export dialog opens; confirm it and click Confirm & Export. Then in Generate & Archive Report, optionally add your Practice NPI and click Generate & Export Report.
Download. That same action certifies the period and downloads the billing package. Hand the files to your biller. The certified report is now saved to your archive and can be re-downloaded anytime.
Certifying is an attestation. In BoneArc’s words, you certify that the documentation for the billing period accurately supports all CMS RTM codes submitted, and that patient data thresholds, review minutes, and synchronous interactive communications have been reviewed and verified as documented.
It is deliberately final. The confirmation is explicit: “This action is permanent. The report will be locked and cannot be modified after certification.” Certifications in BoneArc are immutable by design — once written, they can’t be changed or deleted. That’s what makes a certified report a defensible record.
Already have an archived report that’s still Awaiting Certification? Open the Certify Billing tab, expand it to run the pre-certification checklist, and click Certify & Lock.
The certified export produces the full billing package as CSV files, ready for your clearinghouse. BoneArc describes them as:
One row per patient — ICD-10, NPI, episode window, CPT codes, and the clinical evidence thresholds.
One row per CPT code per patient — date of service, units, charge, and modifiers.
Each individual day data was transmitted, for audit substantiation.
If you only need to review numbers or share a working copy with a biller, use Draft / Working Export instead. It runs the same reconciliation check but is watermarked, does not certify, and does not archive — it is not for claim submission.
