Notifications & the daily digest

One daily digest email keeps you current on your panel — patient activity and the day’s action items, in one morning summary. Here’s what it covers and how to turn it on or off.

BoneArc keeps notifications simple: a single daily digest email is the one you control. It lands each morning so you can scan your panel before the day starts — without logging in to check.

FIRST

All notification preferences live in one place: the Settings page. It opens with the line “Manage your notification preferences.” — that’s where the digest toggle is.

What the daily digest covers
Daily digest email

A morning summary of your panel: patient activity, RTM revenue estimates, and the day’s action items — the things worth a look before you start seeing patients.

It’s sent daily at 7AM CT. One email, once a day — not a stream of alerts.

Turn it on or off
1

In the left menu, open Settings.

2

The first card is Daily digest email, with the toggle on its right.

3

Flip the toggle to opt out or back in. BoneArc saves the change on the spot and confirms — you’ll see “Unsubscribed from daily digest.” or “Subscribed to daily digest.” right below the card.

What always sends

You can turn off

The daily digest email — it’s the one preference you control, on or off anytime from Settings.

Always on

Billing emails and account notifications. Per the Settings page, these are required and cannot be disabled — they carry billing and account-critical information.

One toggle, one place. Keep the daily digest on for a morning read of your panel, or switch it off if you’d rather work straight from the dashboard — either way, billing and account emails still reach you.
